Delivery Policy

  • We in FISH WASEL obligated to sell fresh fish with highest standards of quality, and make sure of fish examination before delivering to customers.
  • The customer can return the product in case of any delay. The customer has the right to exchange the product with another one and taking back the payment in case of delay in delivery for more than 60 minutes.
  • Payments that have been made by bank cheque and credit cards would be return through customers’ bank accounts during 14 work-days.  The customer should follow up the payment process with his bank.

 

Delivery:

As we understand the importance of customers’ satisfaction and getting their order on time, customers’ order is delivered by our staff the next day of the online order that is made through our website. Customers’ order delivered in refrigerated cars to maintain the freshness of the product.

 

Terms and Conditions:

1.    Delivery by company’s refrigerated cars.

2.    Delivery Orders should be one or two days before, no immediate delivery.

3.    If the customer was unavailable on the given address, the order would be given to any other available person on that address.

4. If our employees found the customer unavailable on the delivery address to receive the order, the customer can contact customer service to receive it in person.

5.  Extra charges will be added (40 SAR) if the customer changed the delivery timing.


Request Process:

Customers will receive the receipt and all the needed information through the email after making their order. In case of any lake of data, customer service will contact the customer.
